When you submit a property inquiry

We collect your name, email, optional phone number, preferred response method and the purchase requirements you choose to share. These may include the property or business type, location, budget, intended use and timing. Campaign labels in the link you used may also be recorded to understand the source of an inquiry.

We use this information to review your requirements, respond to you and discuss a potential property search. Your inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails or text messages. Submitting the form does not create a representation agreement.

Please leave out identification documents, banking details, proof of funds, medical information and confidential business records. If such information becomes necessary, we will discuss an appropriate way to share it.

When you choose email updates

The property updates form is optional and separate from a purchase inquiry. It collects your email, an optional name and your selected property interests. The consent box is not preselected. We record your consent wording, its version, the date, your selected interests and available campaign labels.

This does not consent to marketing text messages and does not book a meeting or create a representation agreement.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent us from responding to a separate inquiry or meeting legal and professional recordkeeping obligations.

This website records update requests. Automated email, SMS and CRM delivery are not active in this version.

How information is stored and shared

Inquiries and update requests are stored in the website’s hosted database. Access is restricted to authorized site management and service providers needed to operate and secure the website. Real estate services are provided through RE/MAX Experts, Brokerage.

We use website hosting and database providers to process and protect these records. This website uses WordPress and stores these records in its hosting database. Service provider processing may take place outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of the relevant jurisdictions.

Submitting a form does not authorize broad distribution of your contact details to sellers, lenders or specialist providers. Where an introduction or disclosure is needed, we will discuss the purpose and obtain the appropriate authorization, unless disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by law.

No GoHighLevel connection is active in this version. The website uses browser storage to remember whether the updates popup has been shown or a request has been saved. Hosting providers may process technical information needed for operation, security and abuse prevention.

Analytics, recordings and advertising choices

With your permission, Google Analytics measures website visits, traffic sources and successful requests. Microsoft Clarity helps us review heatmaps, clicks, scrolling and masked session recordings. With marketing permission, Meta Pixel measures advertising visits and completed inquiries. These providers may use cookies and process device, browser, approximate location and website activity information outside Canada.

Google Analytics and Clarity load after “Allow analytics” or “Allow all.” Meta Pixel loads only after “Allow all.” “Decline optional” keeps these tags off. Declining does not affect your inquiry or property updates. We remember your choice for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw it using Analytics preferences in the footer.

Our tracking events do not contain your name, email, phone number, inquiry answers or inquiry reference. Clarity uses strict text masking, with additional masking on the page before its script loads. Google signals and Google advertising personalization are disabled; Meta automatic matching is not configured. A successful buyer inquiry is measured separately from a request for property updates. Retention, access and corrections

Information is retained for the purposes described here and for applicable legal and professional recordkeeping requirements. Consent and withdrawal records may be retained to demonstrate your choices and prevent further marketing after a withdrawal.
